This website was created for a hypothetical art exhibit for a virtual version of the San Diego County Fair during a pandemic. I chose to create the theme of Worldwide: Art Around the World in order to bring global art to a virtual setting. The website includes a page to view the collection in a simple grid linked to individual pages for each work. Because the focus of the exhibit is representing art from many countries and cultures, I chose to also create a page that allows visitors to explore the artworks by location. This page also includes an option to search based on where the artwork is currently being kept or displayed, since art is often not displayed where it was created. Finally, I created the Visit and About pages, which provide information about the exhibit and visiting the fair.
