Bay Area Center for Faith, Work, & Tech
Brand Identity, 2023
Problem The Bay Area Center for Faith, Work, and Tech is a non-profit that hosts programs aiming to integrate the workplace and tech-centric culture of Silicon Valley with the faith of those who live and work there. As a newly founded non-profit, they needed a brand identity that clearly communicated their values and deep care for their mission. Despite their lengthy name, they felt it was important to incorporate it in its entirety in the logo, creating a unique challenge for me as the designer.
Solution To capture the most important aspects of this organization, I created a a brand identity that feels contemporary and clean, featuring a simplified map and modern fonts. To compensate for the logo's complexity, I incorporated an ampersand icon featuring a subtle cross design that can be used as an alternate logo.

Assets & Touchpoints
In addition to crafting a logo and brand guidelines, I shaped the application of this identity to a variety of touchpoints, including consulting on website design and a project to create a themed deck of playing cards.
